I’m here to support you as you work through the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties — at your pace, with compassion, care, and respect.
I provide online counselling and EMDR therapy to help you safely process the past and move toward a more connected, grounded life.

Why I do this
work
Creating a safe space for healing is deeply personal to me.
I know what it’s like to live with unresolved trauma — and I also know that with the right support, healing is possible.
My own lived experience, combined with years of professional training, has taught me how trauma can shape our emotions, relationships, and even our bodies. It’s also shown me that when we feel safe, seen, and supported, transformation can happen.
Therapy is a collaborative journey. I’m here to walk alongside you — not to fix you, but to help you come home to yourself.

Work through distressing memories using evidence-based EMDR to reduce emotional intensity and shift how trauma lives in your body and mind.

Online Counselling therapy via Zoom
Explore life challenges, emotions, and trauma in a supportive space. We may integrate somatic tools, mindfulness, and nervous system wisdom.

Telephone Counselling
For those who prefer voice-only sessions — some clients enjoy walking in nature while we talk.
